We want you to love your Bobo Choses pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
